Where Does Cortes Jewelry operate from?
Cortes jewelry is based in Palm Beach island, FL.
Are design inquiries free?
Yes. Inquiring about creating a custom piece does not require any type of payment. Here at Cortes we are happy to answer any and all questions you may have about or products and services.
How long does creating a custom piece take?
Each piece is different an estimate will be included with each request submissions received. On average our team will complete your piece within three to four weeks. If there is a tight deadline let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.
Can I make multiple custom piece payments?
Design fee must be paid in one payment before work can begin. Payment for final piece can be paid by 3 payments or 5 payments please ask us about it.
How do refunds work?
NO refunds will be accepted. If said product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival email us and we will exchanged or repair said item. Offer valid first 30 days after shipping.
What if I do not like the design shown to me?
If you are un happy with a design for any reason be sure to let us know before we cast and physically create the piece so that we can fix the issue or cancel the project with no additional cost to you.
How much do designs cost?
Price starts at $100 using state of the art software or by hand. Our team of designers will design your piece the way you want it and run it by you for review and critic.
If I request a design and quote, do I have to go through with it and create/buy the final product?
After purchasing a design and receiving it, it is up to you if you would like to proceed in casting after receiving estimate for original piece. Or, if you would like to comeback a later date to finish creating your piece.
Why do I have to pay for the design?
To ensure our employees get paid for their time, Cortes requires payment for time spent working on designs incase client decides not to continue with project.
Have a picture of a piece of jewelry can we copy it?
No, due to ethical and legal reasons we cannot, but we can make use it as inspiration to make something similar.
